Excellent! She really takes the time to listen to what the client wants. I have very difficult hair and she always takes her time with me and explains things to me. I know that I have at times gone in to get my hair cut with unrealistic expectations, pictures from magazines, saying"I want to look like her..." Emily has cut, colored, highlighted, straightened and just about done everything you can do to my hair and it always looks truly beautiful. She has a unique and sometimes difficult job in which she gets too make people look beautiful. Some times she has even perfomed some miracles...ha ha... I highly recommend her and would never trust my lovely locks to anyone else. :o)
