If you're jonesing for a mostly-authentic English pub, I'd recommend the C&A. As another reviewer noted, it's not particularly conducive differently-abled people--it's downstairs from street level. It's a friendly place to relax with a pint, and the food's quite nice, as well. Parking can be a bit tedious, but don't give up--it's worth the trouble!

Having spent two weeks in London just a month before we were in Guinness withdrawal. What a find in the heart of Old Monterey. The requisite fish and chips(minus the mushy peas), the pint after pint, the ambience of a room full of like-minded strangers- it was a fun experience, not just a very good meal. At almost half the cost of a similar experience near Covent Garden this was Anglophile Nirvana.
Pros: Value, atmosphere, fun
